The CT group has been training every Saturday at noon getting ready for next year. There has been many visitors dropping by from NY, MA, RI, and NJ just about every weekend. I have a ton of training footage to post up.
SFS Strength Equipment is no longer selling equipment due to other obligations in life. The CT group has been using a Pitbull log and gripper machine. Both of these pieces of equipment are top notch and affordably priced.
